How my love of travel all began
Growing up near the Rockies, my parents took us hiking and camping from a young age. This is when my love of the great outdoors began.
When I left home to go to college a whole new city was there just waiting for me to explore ... and boy, did I make the most of the opportunity!
In junior high my class went on a trip to the nearby river where we rode in rafts down the rapids. Cue my newly born love for adventure!
Now my work takes me all around the country, and occasionally overseas. Who could ask for a better job?

Originally I started this blog to keep my loved ones up to date with my never-ending travels
Now the blog has evolved into a place where I share travel tips and tales of the places I've been
My hope is to help others get the most from their life, and hopefully help broaden their horizon along the way
